Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Team handles all orders within 1-5 business days of processing the payments. We will coordinate closely with the courier to get accurate tracking numbers updates as soon as possible. We deliver local in UAE and international shipping as well. International delivery will takes 4-7 days to deliver and local delivery almost takes 1-5 days.

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email update containing the tracking code. Please be aware that the tracking function may take a few days to fully activate. 

In the event that you do not receive your confirmation email or tracking number just let us know by contacting our Customer Care Team at salemsharawisweets@gmail.com and we'll provide you with all the relevant information.

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by the customer at check-out. Please make sure to enter the correct shipping details when checking out and to avoid any typos. If you realize you have made a mistake, e-mail us at salemsharawisweets@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help you.

In the event that a customer enters the wrong shipping information and a package is returned to us, the customer is fully responsible for additional shipping charges to have the item/order re-shipped to the new/correct shipping address.
