REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

’Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment, refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Thanks for shopping at Salem Sharawi Sweets. Here, your satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality  & taste of our sweets and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience.

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We understand, however, that sometimes a sweets may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a sweets.

Conditions for Returns

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

To start a return, contact our customer service at salemsharawisweets@gmail.com with your complaint and pictures of the faulty items.

Please note that:

  • Orders which are sent back to us without first requesting a return will be assessed a 35% cancellation, handling and restocking fee before credit is issued.
  • Orders which are refused at delivery will be treated as abandoned packages and Salem Sharawi Sweets will not be held responsible for any refund, as the they become untraceable.
  • We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

⚠️  Please note: We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment.

We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your return request and will promptly ship a new undamaged item to you. 

In case a new item will not be available we will provide you with a discount code of the same amount of your purchase to apply to your future orders on our website rejoicin.com.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund request after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund exclusively to a PayPal account provided by you. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days.

 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

The goods are customer’s responsibility until they have reached our warehouse. Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid damages. This includes the boxes, packaging and tags.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, any additional fees related to return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled up until 24 hours after the payment has been processed.

The buyer is responsible for the payment on all orders cancelled after this time, as orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed in the warehouse.
